A Russian-American-Jordanian agreement centered on the situation on southern Syrian

MOSCOW - Communications between Russia, Jordan and the US on the region of reducing tensions in southern Syria are continuing, Moscow confirmed.

"The contacts with Jordan and the United States on the southern region to reduce the tension in Syria are continuing, and there is agreement to hold a tripartite meeting, we agreed on the idea of ​​holding a meeting of the representatives of the three countries," the Russian president's representative in the Middle East and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told reporters.

Bogdanov did not mention the date of the meeting, saying only: "The faster the meeting, the better."
